Chief Executive Officer

Mark Williamson


Mark Williamson joined Haden in November 2010 as General Manager Haden Construction, and more recently Chief Executive, after a successful term with McAlpine Hussmann as General Manager and Director.

 

Mark is responsible for the strategic growth and profitability of Haden in Australia and has more than 20 years experience in the HVAC and building products and services industry. He has built his career within businesses such as McAlpine Hussman, Heatcraft and James N Kirby, developing skills across a diverse range of areas encompassing engineering, construction, operations, sales and marketing,  channel management and industrial services. He has gained extensive experience in local and overseas markets, most notably the US.

 

Mark has completed the Entrepreneurial General Manager Program (Duke University, USA) and holds certificates in Electrical Engineering and Business Management.



 



General Manager Service

Bruce Jarvis


Bruce returned to the role of General Manager Service, Haden in 2011 after two years as General Manager Service Operations, with sister company O'Donnell Griffin. Prior to this, Bruce joined Haden in 1997 as Operations Manager of the Melbourne Service division and has held the positions of Service Manager and Regional Manager of Victoria & Tasmania. In October 2007, Bruce was appointed General Manager of Haden Service, South and West.

Bruce was heavily involved in the development of the Norfolk Group values program COSMIC.

Prior to joining Haden, Bruce held a number of positions in Local Government and the Defence Force as a Logistics Officer where he served overseas in Iraq.

Bruce is a member of AIRAH and IPEA.

Bruce holds a Graduate Certificate in Assoc Dip Social Science, Cert IV Front Line Management & Cert IV Work Place Training.








General Manager, Business Development and Marketing

David Andrews


David was appointed to General Manager of Business Development & Marketing in 2009. He is responsible for the strategic marketing, business development and growth of Haden through his leadership and development of major key accounts, national bids, market opportunities, growth initiatives, strategic alliance partners, and technology suppliers.

David has successfully held National Business Development Management roles within both Haden Construction and the National Key Accounts Service Division. He supports the Norfolk Mechanical businesses internationally and leads the Norfolk Group Growth Development Forum initiative playing an active role in developing major mechanical, electrical, data & fire opportunities for the Norfolk Group.

He has held senior operational and business development roles locally and internationally throughout the Middle East, India and Asia Pacific through the sales and marketing of technologically advanced solutions and technical engineering services. David has more than 18 years industry experience and certification in business management, supported by various industry and functional studies.








National Safety Manager

Manny DeBono


Since joining Haden as National Safety Manager in 2005, Manny De Bono has managed the development, implementation and subsequent compliance of the Haden Safety Management System. Manny’s role is to ensure all safety systems and policies are adhered to, while working to customer requirements and national legislations.
 
Manny has been involved in HSE for 16 years, and prior to joining Haden, was employed within local government, National Transport/Logistics and within the Power Industry in Victoria. Manny holds an Associated Diploma in OHS.



 

 

National Engineering Manager  

Howard Nguyen


In 2009, Howard joined Haden as the National Engineering Manager. Howard’s aim is to continue to expand on the depth of engineering talent and framework built over the past 40 years in Australia to ensure Haden continues to be in the vanguard of mechanical engineering, particularly within the green building and retrofit market.

Howard’s 35 years of international experience in manufacturing, contracting, consulting engineering and project management began in New Zealand and spread across Australia, Asia and Europe. Having developed his career with some of the largest mechanical engineering consultancies in the world, he has worked on difficult and complex projects, directing teams across the globe, including the Abu Dhabi Plaza project of 600,000 m2 in Kazakhstan and the Zaradye Project of 530,000m2 in Russia.

Howard’s national centre of excellence, based in Sydney, supports Haden’s engineers, estimators and project managers throughout Australia.



 



National Contracts and Compliance Manager

Miranda Bennett


Miranda Bennett joined Haden in 2010 as the National Contracts and Compliance Manager. In this role, Miranda is responsible for reviewing contracts, negotiating agreements, and assisting in the resolution of disputes.

Miranda has a strong background in construction and commercial law and has also worked on large scale litigation. Prior to joining Haden, Miranda worked as a solicitor in private practice advising a range of customers on various commercial, contractual and construction issues.

Miranda holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Adelaide.
